1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • Perishable items like opened spice packets are not eligible for return due to food safety concerns.

2. How to Request a Return

Please email us at admin@organicmasalay.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable). Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will be notified once your refund has been issued.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund — at no extra cost to you.

5. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Discounted or promotional items (unless damaged)

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
